How we do it:

We custom design comprehensive personal training programs with your unique strengths, weaknesses, past injuries and lifestyle in mind. Blending fitness philosophies from yoga to pilates to weight training, we proudly present a training style where no two workouts are the same.

With prevention at the forefront of what we do, our focus is on creating strength from the inside out. Starting with the core and progressing to larger muscle groups, we build a strong foundation to safely get you back to the highest level of performance pain free.

How often should I train?

Your training program is completely customized to you. Based on our assessment and your goals we will come up with the perfect training program that fits your schedule.

I want to start working out with a trainer but I have a bad back. How do I start?

Whenever your body has a problem area we always recommend a full assessment with our Physical Therapist before starting a fitness program. This way we can determine the safest way to begin, modify appropriately, and progress as tolerated.

Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA)?

Yes. All of our services can be paid for using a FSA or HSA.
