Jill is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in helping people feel, function and look amazing everyday. Straying from traditional healthcare, she designed Perfectly Fit to bridge the gap between Medicine and fitness. She completely dedicates herself to her clients, tackling hard to fix problems and finding long term solutions to pain.
Jill sees both men and women young and old with a wide variety of health concerns. Utilizing a movement based approach she unravels the layers of poor posture, dysfunctional breathing patterns, stress, and body mechanics to discover the underlying cause of aches and pains. Her goal is to not only fix whatever problem you have today but break bad habits that can lead to issues years from now.
Fully committed to being a healthy inspiration for her daughter, Jill and her husband take advantage of any opportunity to be active. Inspired by the outdoors and sunshine they enjoy beach walks, boating adventures, wake boarding, golfing, hiking, camping and traveling.
Jeanne Anne is a well known and respected fitness instructor and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with over 25 years of experience in the Charleston area. Eager to make an impact on a personal level she is thriving at Perfectly Fit with her creative, unique and upbeat style.
Jeanne Annes background as a PTA is a game changer in the world of fitness. Her credentials allow her to integrate core intensive exercise programing with soft tissue massage, myofascial release and joint mobilization for ultimate results. Her signature blend of strength, length and balance is essential to living a healthy and active lifestyle with fewer limitations.
Jeanne Anne views true health as the balance of strength in the body and peace within the heart. After 2 decades of constant activity, she is finding her balance between striving and stillness through her love of the outdoors, yoga, music, the mountains, and her two grown teenagers. She values learning something new each week and quality time with friends who appreciate authenticity.
Allison joins Perfectly Fit after relocating to the Charleston area from Connecticut, where she has been in personal training and fitness management for over 16 years. With her Bachelors in Exercise Science, Masters in Nutrition and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist she brings a holistic approach to wellness incorporating exercise and lifestyle interventions to help clients attain their goals.
She has specific interest in musculoskeletal imbalances, postural awareness, specific joint dysfunction and exercise physiology. Using a variety of training methods and styles, she creates programs that are comprehensive to client goals and needs. Allison believes that exercise programming should not be “one size fits all” and effective programs are specific to the individual, well balanced and goal oriented.
When not training, you can find Allison and her husband involved in a variety of activities including rowing, running, cycling, sailing, house renovations and spending time with their American Bulldog/Boxer mix Bailey.
