FAQ's

How do I pay for services?
Perfectly Fit accepts check, cash or debit card.

How many sessions should I buy?
That is completely up to the client. Everyone's goals are different. We have clients who buy one session to get a few ideas to take home and work on, while others come in 3 times a week. It all depends on each individual's goals and how Perfectly Fit can best meet those goals.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, there will be a full charge if you cancel a session within 24 hours for any reason. We try to be as understanding and flexible as possible but due to the nature of our business and a busy schedule, we ask that you respect our policy. Thank you.

Do you take insurance?
We do not participate with any insurance providers. However, we can help! Most insurance companies will accept self submitted claims for Physical Therapy services that are paid for out of pocket. Perfectly Fit will provide an itemized bill that outlines the services you received and paid for. This will accompany your claim to your insurance company.

What will I need to submit to my Insurance company?
• Doctors Order: Must include your name, diagnosis, and number of visits
• Itemized Bill: Perfectly Fit will outline all services provided and amount charged *
• Claims form: Each insurance company requires their own specific form. Call your insurance company for details.

* Insurance companies vary in their reimbursement policies. Perfectly Fit will not refund any money that was denied reimbursement by your insurance company.

Will my insurance company reimburse me for personal training too?
No. Services that are personal training or wellness are not covered by Medical Insurance and cannot be considered for reimbursement.

Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account?
Absolutely! These accounts can be used for Physical Therapy services. Your Doctor just needs to write an order with your diagnosis and number of visits. These accounts cannot be used to pay for personal training or wellness services.
